My Story
My name is Katie (your Scentsy lady!!) and I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania with my husband Jake, daughters Stella and Lana, and German Shepherd Roman. I was introduced to Scentsy in August of 2011 when one of my dog rescue friends recommended it to me. I like my home smelling fresh, but at the time with my two big dogs (and sometimes random foster animals) I was afraid of leaving burning candles out in case one of them got knocked over. I bought my first warmer and 3 scents from an online party and was immediately hooked. When the holiday came along I bought another warmer for my mom since I thought she would love it too. She did, and so I decided to start my own Scentsy business and share this amazing product with everyone I knew!
Since I've joined Scentsy I have made amazing new friends! I love sharing my experience- Scentsy has brought me out of my comfort zone and given me a sense of self-worth by allowing me to build my own business. I work on my own terms- no set schedules, quotas or pressure. I've raised thousands of dollars for charities by doing fundraisers, earned extra money to support my coffee habit, have been promoted 5 times, and went to Las Vegas!! Did I mention my house always smells fresh now!? BONUS!
